Where self-care meets sisterhood.
Welcome To The Circle
You've been holding so much for so long.
It's time to return to the sacred within. Each self-care study session is a spiritually rooted space where Black women gather to rest, reflect, and rise- together.
More than a meeting, this is a ministry of presence. A space to reconnect with yourself, your sisters, and the Divine.

What You'll Experience
01.
Guided Self-Care Topics. Each session dives deep into themes like boundaries, rest, confidence, healing, joy, and emotional wellness.
02.
Intentional Reflection. We blend journaling, meditation and thought provoking discussions for deeper spiritual alignment.
03.
Supportive Sisterhood. You don't have to carry it all alone. Connect with women who see you and celebrate your growth.

Affirm...
I am worthy of rest and restoration.I do not have to earn my healing. My voice, my story, and my softness are sacred.God is within me- I cannot fail.I am deeply loved, held, and seen.

Mind
The way you process, function and create is greatly influenced by mind or ego. By releasing the distractions caused by the ego, you can live intentionally in the present moment from a conscious and heart centered space.

Body
You are not the body. You are a Spirit in a body experiencing this physical realm through your body and all of your senses. By shifting from body identify to Spirit identity you will see the world and your experiences through a Spiritual lens.

Spirit
Your Spirit is already already complete and unchanging. Your Soul is the part of you that experiences lifetime after lifetime for the 'soul' purpose of experience. By aligning with your purpose, you create the conditions for the change you wish to see.
