3 Apps For Tracking Healthy Habits

Updated: Jun 2, 2023

In this digital age many of us spend a great deal of time on our phones. I decided to share 5 of my favorite apps that help me "reward" myself while I stay on track with my goals.

Canva

When you know you know... Back in the day I had to learn how to use Photoshop and InDesign to make graphics but this app is a life saver. Whether you run a business or just want to add a little razzle dazzle to your social media posts or like to make [and print] visuals such as habit trackers, calendars or daily organizers this app is very simple to use. Chances are if you make the tracker you will use it.

HabitBull

I have a thing about checking off completed habits/tasks. This apps helps to get a consistent streak going. And you also see where you might lack consistency too. You'd be surprised at how many days or weeks can go by when you put things off until tomorrow when you're not tracking it. When you have some level of accountability while working towards something it is more likely that you will stick to it.

Your life will reflect your habits. If you are not consistent the people around you will mirror that. You can improve whenever you decide you are ready and your reflections will improve too.

Water Tracker

The best water for your body is H3o2 because we need more structured water to maintain balance. We absolutely need regular water too much but too Mach water will drown out the minerals and nutrients that we take in and too little water will cause dehydration. If you're dehydrated then your body will pull water from other parts of your body in an attempt o keep you alive. In other words your body will have to do more to maintain balance. Help yourself by drinking at least half of your body weight and tracking it. For me seeing the progress helps to stay committed to doing what needs to be done.

All of the apps have mobile and desktop versions except HabitBull as far as I know.
