Whether you'r feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted, The Grounding Session is designed to help you slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore your sense of peace.

  • Space to feel, name, and release what's weighing on you

  • Intuitive coaching to gently guide you back to clarity and calm

  • A post session Embodied Presence Practice- a 3-step ritual you can return to throughout the week to stay grounded
