This session is your invitation to return to yourself— gently, fully, without judgment. Whether you're feeling scattered, overwhelmed, or emotionally depleted, The Grounding Session offers space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore your sense of peace.

What To Expect

  • A 60 minute somatic grounding session to identify where you're holding tension or emotion

  • Guidance to help you feel, name, and release what's weighing on you

  • Intuitive support to guide you back to clarity and calm

  • A post session Embodied Presence Practice- a simple 3-step ritual you can return to throughout the week to stay grounded
