Allow Me to Introduce Myself...

Hello and welcome! My name is Anusa Aq Neh-Ti! I am a Writer, Educator & Holistic Life Coach currently living in New York. I am also an avid reader, researcher, student astrologer, and a mother to two souls that choose me.

I spent 30 plus years living life in my own shadow due to turbulent relationships, anxiety, fears and phobias. One day I realized that the days were not coming back and I was doing myself a disservice by not living fully. So I figured out how to let go of my own limiting beliefs so I could thrive.

I know now that my past was only a part of my story. Everything I experienced was just adding to my fire. My anxieties as well as my desires all stemmed from what I thought I needed but time and clarity got me all the way together.

While I'm still learning when to push past my comfort zone and when to sit down, I'm at peace with knowing that most days I get it right. On the days that I could've done things different I make a note of it and keep going because I know the importance of grace.

With that being said I am determined to fulfill the purpose that has been designed for me and that involves you too. So here I AM fully present in equal parts introvert/extrovert/ humble and still figuring it out. Still making mistakes and still being grateful for how far I've come and still knowing there is further to go but willing to share.
